Refund policy

Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unused and in its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

To initiate a return, email us at laoororganics@gmail.com. Returns must be sent to the following address:

Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide a shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back. Please note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at laoororganics@gmail.com, and we’ll work to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Personal care and beauty products (including soaps, scrubs, and masks)

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

Need something else? The quickest way is to return your original item (if approved) and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of your refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, contact us at laoororganics@gmail.com.
